Our Warranty Includes

 - Peeling, bubbling, chipping, fading, chalking, and delamination.

- Any paint failure not caused by external factors.

-Any paint failure caused by improper preparations, workmanship, or application

We will provide:

- Up to 1 hour of touch up paint per year for wear and tear, cracked caulking, etc.

- Labor and materials to correct paint failures as described above at no cost to you.

- Service in favorable weather conditions to prevent further issues.

Our warranty excludes:

X- projects where we don’t provide materials or prepare surfaces.

X- Paint failures caused by pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original project.

X- Paint failures caused by underlying moisture from substrate damage or roof leaks.

X- Wear and tear from hand/foot traffic or damage.

X- Acts of God, severe weather events, damaged/rotted wood, stained/sealed/varnished surfaces, and damage caused by mildew/mold
